Beverley was approachable, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful. She offered the bed testing system which identified 5 beds suitable which narrowed down the choice & aided our decision.

We were greeted as soon as we came into the showroom with a smile. We were made to feel welcome and safe (I.e. covid restrictions). The salesman explained everything fully and was very knowledgeable.

Bethany was helpful and knowledgeable. She wasn’t pushy but gave us our options and was very COVID safe. She also engaged with our daughter which meant we didn’t feel that she was a pain during the process.

The woman who helped me (Bethany) was very helpful and I found exactly everything I needed. I am very happy with what I bought.

From the moment we entered the store we were very well looked after. One member of staff (I didn’t get her name) greeted us and set us up on the machine to find the perfect mattress, whilst Bethany was finishing with another customer. Bethany then came and introduced herself and answered all our questions whilst guiding us through the store. Everything was super safe and we both felt at ease whilst Bethany was sanitising where we had been. Bethany took us through the different mattresses and beds available and then took us through the payment options. Super professional and friendly and made it a pleasure buying a bed.
