We were totally satisfied with our experience at dreams thank you.

Wanted to cancel the order due to personal problems. Had to contact the credit card company to arrange it. It was finally agreed to cancel with an £80.00 fee, not happy but agreed. Totally disgusting

Called your customer service team to price matched bed. I Spoke to Max he said the bed will be going down to £3400 I ask if that was correct and he confirmed to me that was so I went in to sign my next finance deal and a mistake was made. but that price was agreed with myself and Max, once that is agreed that is a verbal contract and I feel that it should have been upheld by your company, this was a mistake made by your team and I double checked and I still think this is wrong from dreams to take this away after it has been agreed. Max was rung again and he put the phone down on me and never rang up me to say that he can not up hold the £3400 which was promised to me, he just emailed the store to say that I will not be getting this. Now if you think that is customer service then my god your team are far off being able to give customer service I should have be phoned and apologised about this mistake which I wasn't and as a good will gesture compensation should have been given as this was a mistake made by dreams not me but nothing and I think it is disgusting that your team can't even do this. Very Unsatisfied customer
