Nothing to do with the staff, who were excellent. Just would have liked a lower price on goods purchased as a returning customer.

The delivery charge was a surprise and its magnitude in comparison to the price of the item. To also be told that I could not collect from store was disappointing.

Hi Your customer services team are well aware of the delivery problems. Things that might improve the experience in future for others; I called the store at various times to confirm delivery schedules and nearly always had to leave a message. I believe it is not always clear for store staff to know there is a message waiting, perhaps there could be a flashing light to indicate such. The anticipated delivery times versus actual delivery need to be more appropriately matched to manage expectations. It would be superb if you could sell merchandise from the shop floor or have it delivered here. The furniture it is not very clear that the wardrobes are completely flat packed, took us most of a day! You need to record which mode is preferred method of communication. Do your store staff and delivery teams not have email access would make it easier to respond.

The experience was fine. I just think it's a little bit bad that to save money and avoid delivery charges you have to drive 45 minutes to the nearest depot. Also having a specific date you can attend and to change that you have to give 72 hours notice. Quite hard for a shift worker. Other than that good service.

Only 2 members of staff present but several groups of potential customers in shop, consequently delays in obtaining assistance.

I am a landlady living in Surrey and my Flat is in Newbury Berkshire. I couldn’t pay for my mattresses on line or by phone , I had to get my daughter who lives in Newbury to go in the shop to order and pay for them for me.🤨

No staff available to help. Even though they were busy they didn’t even acknowledge to say they’d be with us next When helping they weren’t as knowledgeable and were fairly unfriendly

There was lots that were added on extras in money that we didn't know about when we choose the item priced in store. It was displayed at 179.9. yet we ended up paying almost over £200.00 Nd we still have to get rid of our old mattress
