The person I spoke to was more than willing to help but did know the answer to my questions himself. He kept having to go away and ask someone else.

A bed frame we had previously wanted that was out of stock we were told was back in stock then to be told not in the size that we wanted. It would have been helpful if there was a note by the bed to explain this.

The store was a bit busy, and I had to wait quite a while before help was available to me. I am not convinced by the value for money. I suspect that equally good products are available quite a bit more cheaply. But I don't want to buy a mattress without trying it.

The staff were friendly quick and efficient the store was clean and the products reasonably priced my only concern was the price of the delivery and assembly charge which I feel we're very over priced.

The unexpected high charges for delivery & removal of our old mattress - I thought the latter was free with delivery (I am sure it was last time we bought a mattress from you). We decided to transport our old mattress ourselves, instead of paying nearly £40.

We buy a bed for £900 and you then have the cheek to charge £39 for delivery
