I felt that due to the high cost of the mattress we bought I'm not happy that we have to pay for delivery. The 20% discount on the bed was well received.

Dreams have been advertising a big sale and to take advantage of the discounts, customers had to visit the store before 30th May. I had been travelling and returned on 30th May. I went out of my way to get to the store only to find the mattress I liked was not discounted. This is particularly disappointing as its one of your most popular mattresses.

I feel that having bought a mattress for over £1000, there shouldn't be a charge to deliver the item! I can understand a small charge to dispose of the old mattress but not to deliver an item which could hardly be picked up and carried home there and then by the customer!
