As a principal I never give top marks on anything I buy. Neither do I in any store.

Found staff very quick to approach on arrival. Not giving us time to look. But once we had made our decision to buy. We had to approach a staff member.

Friendly and reasonably knowledgable assistant. Buying a product at ' full price' in knowledge that there has been and will be a discounted price at some point. No scope to negotiate a discount in store outside of promotions.

Happy with the experience and was offered a cup of coffee/ tea etc which was very welcoming. Not sure how it could be improved for a Highly Satisfied. Maybe some cookies to go over and above :-)

It is very difficult to make me Highly Satisfied, it needs to be perfect to make me give 10/10

Sheryl was very helpful and knowledgeable understanding what our needs were and regularly checking on how we were getting on with our selection of matress. she also assisted us with purchasing a second item of a guest bed again giving us all the information we needed to think about.

The pricing structure for delivery and removal of old items had recently changed and we were given wrong information on the costs for picking up the old bed/mattress.

We have had problems in the past our visit to the store was the result of the these ongoing problems. The staff that served us here were new and were very helpful and the customer service was very different to the previous experience

No where is perfect there's always room for improvement! The Bed that we wanted and purchased wasn't in the sale.

I was satisfied with the shop itself and the member of staff was very helpful. The one thing i was very disappointed with was the fact I couldn't pick the bed up from the store i ordered it from so had to pay a delivery charge of £39 which would definitely put me off buying from dreams again.
