When spending a lot of money and concentrating on the comfort of beds, it was pleasing we were left to browse on our own, though knew assistance was there when required. The fact that we would return to purchase items and would recommend Dreams to friends, surely is proof enough of our satisfaction . We happened to visit your store on a very hot day so AC would certainly be an improvement. However we were offered refreshment and gladly accepted a mug of cold water.

WE have bought a double bed from you a few years ago and that was very satisfactory,so we came back to buy a single bed. As said, we were satisfied.

Because our bed hasn't been delivered yet therefore the service is not complete. Once it is I will be able to give a better answer.

Took far to long for the underwriters to accept our order or not. We spent a lot longer in the shop than we had of liked. The two members of staff though dealt with this really well, very kind people!

The service was fine but I never give a top rating unless there is something extraordinary
