Don't feel I can tick Highly satisfied yet, because I haven't received the good ordered, so cant really judge quality verses price/service. The proof in the pudding will be after delivery date when the transaction is completed and I have received what I have ordered. Would be better to do survey once goods have been received by customer. As Only commenting on transaction of you taking my money at this point.

I rarely give top marks in surveys as there is always room for improvement. On this occasion I was happy with the store, the assistance and the range of products available. I was a little disappointed that there were additional charges for preferred delivery slots as I feel that free flexible delivery is something that should be available for all items where delivery is essential.

Iwas apprehensive and had considered not going back to Dreams after my last experience. About seven year ago we purchased a double matress and took out lifetime no noncense insurance cover. When selecting the matress, we explained to the manager at the time that my husband was Type 1 diabetic and subject to Hypos, where he sweats a lot. We were recomended a particular matress. Even though we used a mattress cover purchased from you, when my husband had a hypo, the mattress stained and looked as is someone had urinated over it. I contaccted your office in line with the insurance cove and received a very rude email stating that we had selected the mattress so get on with it. This time it was only a single mattress for a spare room.

Bed not delivered yet (agreed Sat 16/9). Only issue is when I got home and read the invoice properly I have been charged for pillows when rep (Oliver, Newbury) told me £50 pillows were free with offer. I left Oliver in Newbury a telephone message when I got home 8/9 asking him to fix and ring me, no reply yet

The questions are "relative", which requires comparison. I believe that "Highly Satisfied" is irrelevant.

The assistant was pleasant enough but did not seem that knowledgable about the range we were looking at. He was helpful, but no great salesperson.

Just because I think being satisfied is enough - adding the word highly in front of satisfied makes no difference!
