The item, a headboard was no in the store. We had to decide the colour from a small swatch, then order and wait a couple of weeks for the headboard to be delivered. On line orders from the Internet can be delivered in five days and I would not even need to leave my house saving a Tadley/Newbury round trip. BUT we know that online colours are not always a good match so we went to DREAMS in person to find the material and colour we needed. Cheers Ron

The lead time for delivery of our new bed i's 3 weeks. Long time. Also the delivery window is 7am to 6pm. Another LONG time.

The staff member that dealt with us didn't really have the product knowledge of his colleagues. But was still as helpful as he could have been.
