Arranging finance was a very long process due to problems with the finance company

The staff member dealing with our order was not as knowledgeable as could have been and nor were they listening as they put the wrong item bed base on the quote and we agreed to an amount before realising the order wasn't correct. This then had to be rectified to the correct base altering the amount and finance payments differing from the original agreement. This caused a huge delay of an additional 30 minutes. Staff pester a little too much during visit when they have said come and find us if you need anything they reappear within 10 minutes.

We am satisfied, if anything we are very satisfied. Not once one did we tick we were NOT HIGHLY SATISFIED with the service!

Do understand why there is so much paper work to be sined to much small print did not have time to read it thought about stopping the sale at this point The only reason I didn’t is I have yoused you before but iwill think twice before us ring you again
