We were satisfied with the overall experience but of course one can always improve. Will have to see about value for money once the bed arrives, for example.

We would find it difficult to give 10/10 on principle! Dreams would have nothing to strive for or improve on...the 100% probably lost out on only 1 year guarantee or subsequent ad-ons during purchase, which is what happened. However, the customer service was 10/10. We were not rushed, we were not pushed into a particular product, we were advised to both try the products and take our time. We would certainly go back to James again.

I was highly satisfied with the service, the time that was given to me and the knowledge that James had. It was a bit more expensive than we would have hoped but we are hoping that the product will be high quality and long lasting when it arrives.

It just that I have a reallt bad back, I felt last year and although the mattress I had was only 5 years old and a dreams one too ( 2000 springs pocket one) it just wasnt helping my back. I saw an advert for Besdons on TV and it said they could analyse my sleep and tell me what I need. I went to Basingstoke and the guy there was really helpful and said this is what you need a medium or medium to firm bed 3 or 4 and he made me try the gel and spring bed and another one which I cant remember what it was. I m sure he picked up only the 2 most expensive beds, I mean the price were ridiculous and they had 40 days guarantee as well. But I was on my own and wanted my husband to try the mattress as well. So I guess I already knew what I wanted the gel spring bed. So I felt they helped more on that showing on the screen the tension on my back. but apart from that it was good, no pressure from James to buy, easy purchase with 0% finance. And dreams were cheapers than bedsons.
