I was looking for a single mattress for my Teenage daughter and was surprised that there wasn’t more choice in a lower price bracket. I ended up paying more than I was expecting.

The only slight negative for me has been that we have been sold a luxury ottoman base for a significant amount more money than an ottoman on the website. I think a little more time spent discussing the base could have been helpful as we have spent thousands of pounds and were honestly looking to spend about £500. Hoping it will be worth it but feeling a bit anxious now after looking at online reviews. We also heard them discount someone's £300 order but only after leaving realised because we hadn't even tried it we were paying full whack.

The service on the floor was good once a staff member was available. Craig spent time helping us choose a mattress. However, when we eventually went to pay after much choosing, the mattress we had chosen was out of stock and no one could tell us how long we would have to wait. However, we still had to pay a deposit to secure the order with no guarantee of it being avaliable. We left the store very disappointed after all that effort but did place the order. However, Craig phoned us today (the next day) to say the mattress was back in stock! So great relief after much stress! It is being delivered next week, so a good outcome, but unnecessary stress.

It was only a quick visit to test the bed and order as already look it up online and got the details ect from there

Mattress would have wanted was not in stock (rolled up to take away same day).

Would of been nice to see more variety of duel beds for disability.

We came in to the shop to see if we could do something about our previous mattress that we purchased with you on 28th October 2017. Delivered on Saturday 25th November 2017. 097A009876. We experienced an uncomfortable sleep pattern and although changing the mattress around still found that the dipping of the mattress was uncomfortable. We had an engineer out on 26th September 2018 but came back as just in the tolerance and therefore we could not do anything to change it. So we came in to Dreams to speak to staff to see if there was anything we could do on the manufacturers warranty and she said we did not have the extended insurance so no there is nothing they can do. We did not expect to be buying another mattress for another 5-10 years as we had paid £1,523.99 for our new bed and accessories which we thought would be sufficient for us to last for quite a while and now found ourselves buying another mattress at such a short time, so that we can experience restful sleep! But once we purchased another new mattress we decided to take out the insurance for the next 8 years.
