The staff were highly professional but waiting upto 12 weeks for a bedroom set to be delivered is far to long even with COVID. You are competing with next day delivery and more than competing prices for from other stores. Your USP is the ability to try and feel before you purchase, higher prices (in some cases significantly) and long delivery windows are driving customers elsewhere. It took me about 50 minutes to try the item we came to look at, decide against it, pick something more (significantly more, expensive and order the items, in that time I seen two lots of customers walk out because of delivery time frames.

We were not able to use the machine to establish our needs as it was not working. We had been recommended to this by some friends. Both Bethany and her colleague attempted to get it working whilst we were there to no avail.
