Regular changing of offers is frustrating. If prices of all beds / mattresses were not generally inflated, just to be able to offer big discounts, it would make choosing what we wanted much better.

It hard nothing to do with the actual store or staff in the slightest. The staff were friendly on on hand to answer any questions and once they knew what we wanted they were highly knowledgeable and helpful. The only issue we had was the bed frame we wanted wasn't available in the colour that we wanted.

Computer system was not functioning initially but went to lunch & it worked & staff contacted me before I left the area so I could go back to the store & complete the transaction
