The Sales assistant was not intrusive and gave us little time to explore. He then gently asked if we needed help which we did. He was not pushy but was informative and really fair. He offered alternatives and advice on testing different beds to ensure I had chosen the right one, which ended up completely different to the one I had originally thought. He allowed me to go away and sleep on it and so I went back the next morning and made the purchase. He also gave us a cup of tea which really helped.

Oliver was very knowledgeable and friendly. He listened and found us the right combination of bed and mattress. He spent time helping us to try pillows and the ones we chose are great.

The sales assistant Rachael was excellent in making sure every angle of buying a new bed was covered. She had a great sense of humour which always helps. Everything was explained easily to us so we could understand all the small print. Many thanks

I was asked if I wanted to wear a face mask, and declined. It was not the fault of the the extremely helpful lady who served us, who no doubt was following a policy. I find this questioning unnecessary. Everyone knows the guidance by now. No one is not wearing a mask because they need to be informed about masks. They’ve decided already. They are not wearing a mask knowingly, deliberately, willingly. So please leave this issue and move on. By the way I’m a doctor and feel I’ve formed an evidence based and reasonable conclusion about this issue.,

There were not enough staff. 2 only on a weekend day, not enough. 12 weeks delivery time is too long. Your staff were giving away plastic bottles of water and yet asking if they could email terms and conditions to save on paper and the planet. Double standard surely??
