Rachel (Newbury) was extremely efficient in dealing with us. She listened to what we had to say and directed us to the product that most suited us. She made recommendations based not on price, but on information. It was a quick and painless visit and we left having ordered what we hope will be the best nights sleep we've ever had!

We had difficulty in finding a store that actually sold Sofa Beds and the one in Dreams was exactly what we were looking for. The Salesman, Olliver, was extremely friendly and very helpful and courteous. We came away satisfied with what we had ordered.

Dominic Ambrose was friendly and attentive. He displayed good product knowledge and was very professional. Other staff in the store were also friendly - my husband appreciated of tea! there was just the right balance of consultation and assistance v allowing time to browse and experience the products available.
