Dreams - Newbury

We walked in and Rachel greeted us but let us keep wandering around. As soon as we felt we needed advice she was straight there. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We did not feel under any pressure. She answered all our queries and gave us plenty of time. I was very impressed with her.

Staff attentive but not pushy item was reasonably priced for what I wanted, ordering was quick delivery date quite satisfactory. Have bought a bed from you previously and I am very pleased with that.

Both assistants explained the differences in the products and recommended items for us to try.

Rachael, the manageress at your Newbury store, was immediately helpful and recognised with intelligence what I was trying to achieve in improving the comfort of the hypnos mattresses I had inherited from my son who no longer needed the bed. She showed me the mattress topping I should have which was only memory foam because the cost of buying new mattresses would be beyond my budget. We discussed in depth purchasing the alternatives in store and she showed me examples. I am delighted with my purchase of a memory foam mattress topping and Rachael assured me I was doing the right thing. We have assembled the beds and placed the super king topping on them and have had a comfortable night's sleep! I would recommend to anyone a visit to Dreams with such a kind and willing assistant who listened so attentively to my needs and interpreted them to my ultimate satisfaction.
