We had unusual requirements which the assistant understood and helped with perfectly

Member of staff [Rachel] gave us chance to look around before asking if we needed help. Nice not to be leapt on the minute we walked in. Rachel was very pleasant, helpful & patient whilst we discussed each product & made our choices.

The moment we walked through the doors, one of the sales assistants (Ollie) greeted us & asked if he could help in any way, I told him what I was looking for & he completed his role quickly & efficiently 😊

Newbury Branch - Racheal provided a very good explanation of the various products, and was extremly helpful, and made our Purchase all the more easy to make. A good professional lady with a bright personalty.

I was visiting the store to enquire about some additional furniture. Racheal discussed my requirements and guided me to the style of furniture that would best suit my needs. I was very pleased as I was actually able to purchase all the items that I required at the same store. This turned out to be very useful as it would save me from having to trail around various stores trying to look for what I wished to purchase. Racheal was very friendly and polite and was not in any way pushy to try and sell me anything. It was quite refreshing as she was able to answer all of my questions and assist with any concerns that I had.

I was very impressed with Rachel and the way she was able to advise on the best furniture products that I required

Harry and Ollie were very helpful and took time to ensure that we had the best product for our needs. they were not at all pushy but were very knowledgeable about the products and alternatives available.
