OUR EXPERIENCE IN STORE WAS EXCELLENT AND CRAIG C. WAS MORE THAN HELPFULL WITHOUT BEING IN OUR FACE AND CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD OUR REQUIREMENTS AND THE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE MAKING SESIBLE SUGGESTIONS WHERE APPROPRIATE. WE FELT TOTALLY SAFE IN THE ENVIRONMENT AND AGREED WITH ALL THE PROCEDURES IN PLACE.

Excellent service the staff member who served me was brilliant all through the process

Welcomed at the store entrance by Michelle, who explained Covid rules and offered refreshments if I wanted. Very knowledgeable and helpful, not at all pushy. Listened carefully to what I said and what I was looking for prior to offering assistance and was not just looking to sell something regardless. Michelle demonstrated great product knowledge and answered all my questions thoroughly, asked relevant questions of her own and was able to quickly offer a short list of the most suitable products. Best way I can describe my experience is that I went shopping on my own and by the end I felt like I had gone with a knowledgeable friend who helped ensure I got the correct product for me and that it was what I actually wanted.

Took my mum to buy a new mattress, very understanding staff member knew what my mum wanted and took us straight to 2 different mattresses.

This wasy second time to buy from here. The experience the first time was positive so 8 years later I am back. From the moment I we walked in the staff were friendly and welcoming. The Covid rules where talked about and then we were off to choose a mattress. We spent a fair amount of time going back and forth but nothing was too much trouble. We were offered drinks while there. There was lots of explanation about each product and pros and cons of them.

We had such a great experience when purchasing our bed and mattress at Dreams, Bethany who assisted us was so helpful and knowledgable. We used the sleep test and then she advised us which beds were best! From start the finish the process was seamless and I would highly recommend this store!
