Easy to use store. Good service

This was our third visit to this store bed hunting. We saw the same staff member every time who was always helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. The staff were especially accommodating of the fact we had two young children (5 and 1 years old) with us and aided amusing them while we tried and chose our mattress.

This was our third or fourth visit to the same store in the last 6 or 7 months and we were greeted and assisted by the same salesman each time. Despite the numerous visits and our constant inability to make a choice, he treated us like this was the first time we had been to his store and was very helpful and knowledgable. Him and his female colleague were also very helpful as we had 2 small children with us.

I was very impressed with the selection of bed frames & mattresses & the product knowledge was excellent.

Ollie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy or "in your face". He tried to up-sell on items such as pillows, mattress covers etc but did not force the issue. He was friendly and welcoming and made the shopping experience a real pleasure.
