I told the assistant that I was looking for bunk bed mattresses, and showed the options on display so I was able to touch and feel before making my choice. There were two in stock, which the assistant took to the checkout for me. I also needed some mattress protectors, which I was advised by his colleague that they had been reduced, (Bonus). After I had made my payment the assistant then carried the mattresses to my car and put them in for me. Nothing was too much trouble and the both members of staff were friendly and very helpful.
