Dreams - Newbury

Harry the sales assistant was very helpful, also were the two other gentlemen assistants and went through everything in detail and helped pack up the items and take to our car.

Went to benson beds last night and left non the wiser to what we needed for our best nights sleep. Sam at Dreams newbury was extremely knowledgable and understanding to our needs. Sold us what we needed with a professional yet extremely friendly attitude.

The assistant in the store in Newbury - Oliver was attentive, knowledgeable and proffesional.

We were highly satisfied with the competence of the assistant and his knowledge of the products we were buying. We felt we base the right choices with his help and there was a pleasing amount of choice of mattresses in store to choose from and try out. Nothing was too much trouble. We will recommend Dreams to our family and friends.

Good friendly informative service

As a recently single Mum of two boys I was making a significant investment in two beds. Both Sam, and the store Manager, were really sensitive to my situation and the budget that I was working to. Sam was patient, had good product knowledge and was able to make several recommendations for the beds that I needed. I have also been impressed by the speed at which my order was confirmed and also confirmation of my delivery date. All in all I felt very well looked after by a considerate team.

The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Buying a new bed and mattress was a very pleasant experience

Ollie approached us in store with a good manner (not a pushy salesman) and showed that he was very knowledgeable about the various beds, providing excellent customer service to ensure we chose the right bed for us regardless of other factors.

No wheelchair lift to the upper floor.

Ollie (the sales rep) gave good advice on the different type of mattresses and was patient as we led on numerous different options. He was also happy to search different pricing options for a variety of beds (ottoman, 2 drawers etc..) & the different mattresses as there were quite a few options we were interested in. We were in the store over an hour and our 2 young children (4 & 2) were getting restless but Ollie was again very patient with them. In regards to the pillows, we were again given good advice and offered to try many different options and we felt that Ollie wanted us to have the most suitable items instead of just selling us anything. What can be a very stressful experience was made far easier by Ollie and we were very happy with the service we received.
