The person who was helping me chose and find the bed I wanted went above and beyond what I can imagine the normal job role requires. He was very polite and explained everything very clearly. It was all in all a very enjoyable and easy experience. I will NOT be going anywhere else if I ever need a new bed or anything to do with beds.

Very helpful knowledgeable friendly staff

We went to Dreams with the intention of buying bedding material. We were met by a charming and helpful manager who helped us better understand what we wanted, showed us the options, gave us new ideas and made the whole experience really most enjoyable. I'm a bloke who loathes shopping so it was something of a miracle really.

The store had a good range of beds and mattresses and was staffed by a great team. Harry who served us was very knowledgable and helped us decide on the best bed/mattress. The whole experience was quick, without being hurried.. Perfect 10/10.
