The store was quiet when I came in but the staff were friendly and did not jump on you when you came in. I spoke with all the members of the store and they were courteous and polite and did not force a sale on me. All the staff were knowledgeable about the products available and spent time to find out my sleeping habits the reasons for purchasing a new bed and mattress. Overall a very good experience

I had made up my mind that if the assistant was very 'pushy' I would thank him and walk out the store but no Ollie was not. So instead I listened, was shown and bought and now await my new Tempur mattress and good night of sleep. A shame I can't have it sooner - patience it will need to be.

After seeking our requirements, the assistant took us straight to the product that fitted our brief and was in fact the product we purchased in the end. We were also shown several other options, but the first product was the one we chose. The assistant showed good product knowledge and was able to answer all our questions thoroughly and professionally.
