Dreams - Newbury

Everything was displayed in such a way that I could see at a glance the type of mattress I was looking for. All the relevant information was also easy to read and understand about the special types of matresses available. All in all a very satisfactory afternoon. No pressure to buy but also there when we wanted advice.

We liked the Way the firmness of the beds were colour coded with pillows. This saved us trying out all the beds. Impressed with the choice of matress types. Harry the sales person understood our requirements and advised us well. He demonstrated an ottoman bed opening and showed us the full range of storage drawers aviable for dIvan beds.

We had our 3 children with us when in store and although they were noisey it was no problem. The assistant knew a lot of information and was extremely friendly.

You had what I was looking for at an affordable price

Got what we wanted plus a few extras suggested by the assistant.

I have previously bought goods from Dreams and was satisfied then and am satisfied again.

I only went into store to have a look and a member of staff by the name RACHEL kindly showed me a few beds that I may be interested in as well as a matress to go along with beds After a few beds tried I finally come to the decision to purchase a bed. Overall I was very very happy with the time member of staff spend with myself and partner and how she explained everything to me. I am a very happy customer

The sales assistant was expecting me (I had phoned prior to the visit) and took me straight to the mattress I had enquired about - a Which 'Best Buy'. I was shown other mattresses for comparison but stuck to the one recommended by Which. The sales assistant then helped my wife and I select a base. Completion of the subsequent paperwork was equally efficient

The store manager was excellent, understood our needs and even helped our son when he experienced a diabetic hypo with a cookie.

The experience of the staff member Jim Fulton. and the vast area of furniture on display
