Dreams - Newbury

I was highly satisfied as we got exactly what we wanted and Ollie who assisted us was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

The lady who served us, Racheal, was very helpful and knew the product range very well. She was very patient, we took our time as it was going to be a big purchase for us. All in all, she really helped us make up our mind as to the best bed/headboard/mattress/mattress protector etc. Thank you Racheal! We're looking forward to our new bed!

I was lucky that there was no one else in the store when I visited, but Ollie in your Newbury store was fantastic! Stayed with me while I tried out practically every single mattress in the place, gradually ruling them out until I was totally satisfied. He explained the different types and directed my search as best he could. Already recommended to my parents who are planning to get a new mattress soon. Easy and pleasant shopping experience!

Customer service was excellent, left alone to view products after asking if we needed assistance, then clear advise on options.

This was the 3rd time that I had visited Dreams & the previous visits were met with disinterested staff who never even took the time to approach me & ask if they could be of assistance. This time when i entered the store, I was greeted by a gentleman who was not only smiling broadley at me, but gave me a very warm welcome & asked how he may be of assistance. Nigel the salesperson, treated me warmly, & responded correctly to my whacky sence of humour, & made me feel as if I was making a difference to his day. As a pensioner that is a major compliment. When I explained that I was on my 3rd mattress in 3 years due to having had a neck fusion 10 years ago, the care I received was exemplorary.
