The Salesman was so helpful and pleasant and nothing seemed too much trouble. He did his very best to help us find tbe right matress and bed. When we left the store we both said what a lovely Man was. (His name is Nigel)

Nigel the sales assistant was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He couldn't have done more to help us.

The store assistant was extremely helpful and the delivery men Ashok and John went Above and beyond the call of duty to get the mattress in place

Nigel was very patient and offered us advice at the same time giving us time and space to make our decision. The coffee was very much appreciated too.

The young man who looked after me was very very friendly and approachable and made me feel very at ease. He was very patient as I was not quite sure what I wanted. I am very impressed and it was a very pleasant experience.

Was great ed on entry to store. Quickly shown range of products and told about the colour coding. Even got a cup of very nice tea.

The assistant named Nigel couldn't have been more helpful, he wasn't pushy in any way like some can be. He was informative and very helpful, and helped us to choose the best bed and mattress for our needs

Nigel was very friendly and helpful , knew about the products on offer and took the time to explain the options available to me , he was very understanding and smiled throughout sorting the order . Very impressed with his service and it made a real difference to the buying experience , a job we'll done and rare these days .

The gentlemen who I spoke with, Nigel, was extremely helpful. He was not pushy and allowed us time to have a look around, he explained the differences between the mattresses and when we had decided just went straight to it. There was no "sales talk", the whole experience was quick and easy.
