Dreams - Newbury

The lady (apologies I’ve forgotten her name) was extremely friendly, knowledgable and took the time to gain a full understanding of our requirements - she’s fab!

I was highly satisfied with the sales lady who served us, it was late in the day, I explained my needs, the sales lady was efficient, knowledgeable, very polite and helpfully which made the whole experience very pleasurable. I am pleased with the products which were delivered on time a few days later.

The assistant helped us was really pleasant and helpful and knowledgeable She explained everything but also left us alone to make a decision without any pressure

Craig displayed knowledge of the products and professionalism during our visit giving us his time but also allowing us privacy to discuss and come to our decision of our purchase. He showed his awareness of COVID social distancing and hygiene putting us at ease of our safety while in the store. We have always purchased our mattress’s from Dreams and can see no reason why we would not continue to do this. In fact our daughter joined us and also placed an order for her forthcoming move.

Welcomed on entering store and given opportunity to look around without any pressure but very responsive when we needed assistance. Offered a hot drink and water. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Plenty of sanitisers around.

As soon as i walked into the store the assistant Michelle greeted me with a smile and listened to what i required she was very helpful i even received a cup of coffee. I the whole experience brilliant it so nice to assistance that want to serve there customers well done Dreams.

I visited the store in Newbury twice on the weekend and both times was served by Craig and he was very helpful, professional, covid aware and patient. Knowledgeable of all the different types of mattress. Not atall pushy.

Craig at Dreams in Newbury was very helpful and knowledgeable. I’d not bought a mattress before and he went above and beyond to find out my needs and help and advise on the best fit for me with the assistance of the sleep machine at the front of the store. Craig was friendly and kind and knew what he was talking about, taking the time to make sure I was happy with my purchase - he even offered a drink! Thank you Craig!

Just very helpful, offered assistance but not too in my face and left me alone to browse until I needed the actual help. The young gentleman that helped me purchase my bed was very helpful.

From entering store to departing store the whole experience was excellent There was full COVID guidance information given by salesman Social distancing was maintained appropriately Refreshments were offered Assistance offered where required Salesman was knowledgeable and discreet
