V amiable sales staff who appeared knowledgeable (will know if they were when my bed arrives!) and not pushy.

I was pleased as I walked through the door I was welcomed. I then started to look round and someone came over and asked if everything was alright. I then told them what I was looking for and they were very helpful to help me with what I asked.

I went in the shop as I had been let down by an online bedshop, I explained to the gentleman that I needed a bed swap for a vulnerable client who was moving home that day. I was shown beds that could be taken away same day, as well as mattress and pillows. The gentleman dismantled the bed and carried it to my car. The two shop gents were polite, courteous and helpful, and managed to assist in every way they could

I have always had help from Rachael and she is very good, but we had a nightmare last time with a delivery of a bed to a property and had to claim for repainting a new wall. But the good prices made us come back again so we are hoping that the delivery all goes smoothly this time.....

Thank you for the excellent service the staff were good in the store and also the delevery drivers and they didnt mind taking the bed apart which was important to me. They punctualy rang me in the morning and were so nice
