Dreams - Newbury

We were approached by Sheryl once entering the store and she couldn't have been more helpful. Her knowledge of the products was incredible and she spent alot of time with us whilst we tried out various mattresses to find the one that best suited us. She was friendly and we had a laugh which is quite rare in stores these days as sales can be quite robotic. Overall, the customer service we received was of top standard and Sheryl is a credit to Dreams. We would definitely recommend Dreams to friends and family in the future!

Brillant customer service

The sales assistant olly at the newbury branch was extremely good at his job. Didn't push us but helped when we needed it. He had a great knowledge and was very good at upselling
