Lady was very nice, and went through all the options and offered advice when required

Colleague was very friendly and spent time with us, not a pushy sales man 😃

We had a rough idea what we wanted and we don't like wasting time. The sales guy quickly picked up on what we wanted, which was in stock and we paid for it and were out very quickly - Just how we like to shop!

The staff were very helpful, went above and beyond in regards to customer service and he didn't need too

I had gone into our local store because I had been unable to make a decision shopping online. I was looking for a cabin /bunk bed for my daughter's 5th birthday. The store assistant, Ollie, was very helpful and attentive, without being at all pushy. He patiently went through all the various options with me and helped me to come to a final decision that both my daughter and I were delighted with. He then went through the quote and the current specials to get an even better deal than I could have asked for. I am very impressed with the service.

Great service from Oliver, we came on the Saturday to have a look at what we liked explained our needs with a mattress and Oliver helped us pick one that suited us. We came back on the Sunday after measuring our room the bed we original picked was going to be to long so he then helped us find one that would fit in and ticked all the boxes for us to. Great prices, Great sale & deal items, all made very clear by Oliver.

we were left to have a look around the store and then an assistant came over and offered any help, if we wanted. Then the assitant explained all the beds & mattrases to us and helped us select the right bed etc. for us!

Friendly service without being over the top

The Dreams Colleague, Racheal, who helped us choice and order this mattress was excellent. She was quick to meet us upon arrival at the store. She was very patient in helping my 87 year old mother in law. Her product knowledge was first class. She also provided us with tea and coffee, which we were in much need of. She arrived delivery in a very timely manner. Over all an excellent servie - well done.

Rachel the Store Manager was excellent
