The sales assistant gave us time to have a look around and we did not feel pressurised. She was extremely helpful and patient and we feel she gave us a good deal without trying to upsell or cross sell.

Hot day, cool shop, professional staff were helpful without being "pushy" (big turn-off, which caused me to walk out of another store an hour earlier). Staff member listened to our 'needs', was responsive and patient. Sought & provided prompt answers to any questions we had.

We tried all the beds flat on our backs Our sales advisor said do you sleep like that Well really we sleep on our side So we tried the beds again and was satisfied
