The person we salt with (Rachael) was very patient, polite, knowledgeable and didn't try to force a sale, which would have "turned us off immediately". She was superb and a real credit to your company. Let's hope the delivery is as good ....

Very pleasant and knowledgable Manageress dealt with our requests and gave very important assistance on our needs the result of which we placed an order. Rachael and her assistant are an asset to Dreams with their friendly and happy approach to customers.

Products well laid out and easy to understand descriptions of mattress and options available. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy - a good buying experience all round

Sheryl was very informative and patient with us while we tried laying on a lot of the beds. She was really helpful and gave us pillows for our heads. She was very knowledgeable.

Sheryl in the dreams store, Newbury was excellent. She welcomed myself and my daughter into the store and spent 15minutes explaining the mattress types and helping my 9 year old to find one which met her comfort levels but met my standards of back support I was concerned about for my rapidly growing 9 year old! Sheryl was a great brand ambassador for dreams and should be recognised as such.
