The staff were friendly and helpful and their knowledge and advice on the chosen products was excellent.

Not pushy and very helpful

Apon entering the store (Newbury branch) the first time on the 13th of October 2016 I was greeted at the door and then given time to browse, which I really like (most places jump straight into the sales pitch as soon as you get there). the gentleman who served me was called Ollie and he was extremely helpful and had an in-depth knowledge of the products and was able to help me find a few beds that fit all my requirements. I went away to have a think about which one I wanted more and the next day I returned to the store to order the item. the lady who greeted me was Sherly, and she remembered me from the day before which was really nice and asked if I had chosen the one I wanted. I work in retail so I know that everyone gets sales targets so I asked if the sale could be put through as Ollie because he spent quite a lot of time with me, which she was happy to do and the level of service didn't drop at all. she was extremely helpful and put the order through for me and even helped me find the perfect mattress to go with it. overall I am extremely satisfied with the level of service I received and would defiantly return to this store in the future.

Sheryl was a fantastic assistant and her knowledge was great. She was very helpful and helped us choose the correct bed.

The Lady who dealt with us was very knowledgeable about the products and gave us good advice with a very pleasant manner, we actually commented on this between ourselves as we left the shop. The bed is now in place and we are happy with it.

It was a quick and easy experience, the lady in the store also made every effort to help.

SHERYL WAS VERY FREINDLY COURTEOUS AND HELPFULL THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS WITH A CLEAR KNOWLEDGE OF THE PRODUCTS. SHE QUICKLY UNDERSTOOD OUR PARTICULAR REQUIREMENTS AND NOTHING WAS TO MUCH TROUBLE TO HELP US MAKE OUR SELECTION. EVERYTHING WENT WELL AND WAS A VERY EASY PROCESS. YOU HAVE AN EXCELLENT EMPLOYEE IN SHERYL. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We visited Dreams because we have purchased a bed from this store before and trusted the quality of the product. We were only browsing, but because the bed we wanted was available and the financial package suited our needs, we decided to buy on the spot. Our decision was based on the availability of the bed and the assistance we had from Sheryl, who explained the repayment options clearly.
