the staff were very friendly and helpful during our visit and we were offered a cup of tea or coffee. the order went through quickly and had a choice of delivery dates to suite us

Excellent overall experience Friendly, very knowledgeable colleagues ( we spoke to two), completely understood our needs. Not fazed when those needs changed during the conversation. No pressure to purchase Far superior customer service than at John Lewis Newbury ( also visited on the same day). Passed up the 25% staff discount ( after 43 years service to purchase from Dreams! A very smooth and efficient process -well done

Sheryl who served us was very helpful. She checked what pillows we slept on so she could find similar ones for us to try on the bed. She was attentive but also gave us space to spend time lying on the mattress and discuss amongst ourselves which was the right mattress for us. It was really nice not to feel pressured in any way which is why we had the confidence to purchase.
