Dreams - Newbury

Very friendly and professional staff from time of order to delivery of goods. A very smooth process from start to finish.

We have used Dreams several times in the past and have never had a problem with any product and have always found the sales team extremely friendly and helpful. This time around we were assisted by Sheryl who was clearly very 'clued' up about the products within the shop. She was extremely helpful and obliging. She was very polite and knowledgeable and took her time to explain the differences in all the products we were considering. She was extremely patient and explained comprehensively about the beds and the pillows. All in all an 'enjoyable' experience and Sheryl is a great credit to Dreams.

I was looking for a new bed so we visit the newbury branch where we were greeted by sheryl.we were asked what type of bed we were looking for and she was very helpful with advise and price breakdown.we left the store to think about the bed we were looking at as it was a bit pricey for us but after some discussion we came back into the store to look for a cheaper alternative. On return to store we were greeted by another member of staff who asked if we needed any help as he had seen us earlier speaking to his colleague.shortly after looking at some mattresses sheryl appeared again and asked us if we were ok. We said to her that the price was to high on the bed we were previously looking at and we liked the cheaper version and was just trying to pick matress.sheryll was very helpful with this asking us what type we was looking for and we found one that suites our requirements. When ordering the bed sheryl once again filled us with confidence that she knew what she was talking about explaining the bed cover policy The process was easy and stress free and sheryl was very helpful

Ollie who looked after us was very easy to talk too, gave us time to look around, asked what we were looking for in a matress and then showing us the various ones in store that would suit us. He was very friendly and helpful.

the young assistant who served us was very helpful and acknowledgeable when it came to helping us choose the right bed for us. the staff are very friendly but not too pushy trying to just make a sale with you. I would not hesitate to use Dreams again as the whole experience from the purchase to the delivery date was so simple

The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, they made suggestions to me about the type of mattress I was looking for Sheryl was the lady looking after me and she was brilliant

After walking into the shop and being greeted with a lovely smile sheryl was absolutely fantastic. She seed us what we were looking for and was beyond understanding and answered all our questions also asked us many to make sure the bed was correct for the both of us. She also helped with pillows. Having somebody assisting you trying beds time and time gain must be draining but she was so understand and fab!

Assistant took time to understand our needs and spent time to ensure we were given ample opportunity to make choices over the purchases made. She was friendly and efficient throughout our visit.

The staff were friendly, took their time with us, gave us options and were knowledgable
