The assistant Bethany could not have been more helpful. She had product details at her fingertips and knowledge of what would be sensible for us was excellent. If all shopping was this easy it would be wonderful!

Michelle was excellent and knew about all the products. We were given a very wide choice of beds to try and chose the highest range Feather and Black.

We went to the store with no idea about what type of mattress we needed to address our back issues. Your assistant Craig was extremely helpful and professional. He was very clear about safety and proceedures to ensure a safe but relaxed experience by sanitising and providing Protective coverings when lying on the beds. He offered us refreshments and bottled water which we declined but was a nice touch. He advised us to do the Sleep Match Test which helped us narrow down our choices. He gave us lots of useful information to consider when trying different mattresses. We were in the store for about an hour and came out totally satisfied with our purchase. Craig was an asset to your firm. Really friendly, not pushy, but professional and knowledgeable of your products. Thank you!

I went in, had a go on the Sleep Machine and was shown a selection of mattresses from which I selected the one I wanted. I had already decided on the bed frame. The order was swiftly placed and a convenient delivery date arranged. This is how I think shopping should be - an efficient pleasant experience. The assistant, Bethany, was attentive and helpful but not pushy.

Bethany was very helpful in helping us find the correct mattress for our needs. We didn’t feel rushed and her product knowledge was very good. The delivery time offered to us was very good. We look forward to receiving our new mattress in a few days.

Excellent service

We were welcomed into store by a very polite staff member who asked us what we were looking for and then directed to the device which measured and described the type of mattresses most suitable for body weight and size. On completion of survey he produced a list of most appropriate types and prices. He then showed mattresses to be tried and asked for personal comparisons. Choice made. Sale made and paperwork completed quickly and efficiently. Explained the delivery dates and times. Made sure the used item to be collected will be wrapped as required. Thank you.

We were met by an employee at the start who highlighted the covid guide- we chose the item we wanted and he was able to process our order efficiently without being pushy of upselling add ons.

The store was EXTREMELY COVID friendly and hygienic. The staff went out of their way to ensure this and we were very impressed. The staff were very knowledgeable and took us around the appropriate mattresses whilst giving us information about them. The staff member that went round with us was extremely kind and we didn't feel rushed at all.

The Service the young lady offered was fab, she spent plenty of time with us, explaining in detail & being very patient. She kept cleaning, we felt very well looked after
