Dreams - Newbury

Rachel had extensive product knowledge and was very friendly. She spent lots of time with us showing us different options and we didn't feel rushed.

Sheryl in the Newbury store was more than helpful and could not be faulted whatsoever. However, I should comment that considering I'm lead to believe that the bed I ordered is a top seller, it's disappointing there isn't a show model on the sales floor in Newbury. Also, it's no fault of the staff more the parents. But kids litteraly running over the beds one by one in sequence along one wall is not conducive to confidently buying a bed... Some signage that this is unacceptable wouldn't be out of place.

It was quick and efficient

Ultimately it all comes down to the member of staff who dealt with us. He was friendly, polite, understood our needs and knew which products would be suitable for us. As someone who runs their own business I know how important it is to have members of a team who are good at their jobs, and this is someone I recommend you hang on to! His name is Ollie, didn't catch his surname unfortunately. We ordered from the Newbury store.

Nahum Evans was an excellent Sales person.

This was our second visit to dreams but a different store. We went originally to Abingdon branch and was dealt very well by Sam. We then gave our local branch a chance after previous past bad experience at this branch . Ollie did help and find out prices and info about extras we wanted etc he didn't overpower us, we didn't feel like he was hovering to get our business or attention.

From walking in to leaving everyone was very nice, we found the product on the day and the store was open late which helped.

Ollie was very helpful and gave me plenty of time to find what I needed .He was full of good knowledge and as I'm on crutches at the moment he was really concerned and made me feel at ease.
