The assistant took time to listen to, and understand, what we were looking for. She then gave us suitable options to try, in a relaxed environment, without pressure. She was exremely knowledgeable and personable. Buying a new bed is a very personal and important purchase and we felt we were given the very best advice and care.

Rachel was absolutely brilliant in assisting with our purchse. She welcomed us with a friendly smile and immediately offered us a drink. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable in all the products and helped advise us on the types of mattress available without pushing us into a sale. Rachel gave us plenty of time to make a decision and spent a lot if time exclusively with us, answering all our questions with enthusiasm. She even brought out pillows for us similar to our own to test with each mattress. She never tired of our persistent different questions! She let us take lots of time (we were there an hour) in making our final decision. Once we had decided on our mattress, she even offered advice and help with the purchase of mattress protectors and fitted sheets which we also purchased from Dreams. Her customer service was just first class. We are just an ordinary couple, with a limited budget and she treated us like royalty! I would highly recommend Dreams to my family and friends because of Rachel's service. We purchased our new mattress there and then, as we knew with Rachel's advice we were confident we had made the right decision.

I'm sure people don't think buying a bed is a big deal. But for us it was the first time we'd purchased a bed. Dreams in Newbury were very friendly, helpful and efficient. They made purchasing our first bed a fabulous and pain free experience. During both of our visits to the store, the store colleagues were helpful, efficient, attentive and friendly. We can't wait for our new bed to be delivered to our new home next month. With the eight year warranty taken out as well we look forward to going to Dreams again when we are ready to purchase our next bed, and wouldn't think twice about recommending Dreams to family and friends.
