My wife and I were extremely impressed with the high quality of customer service we received from the staff especially Nahum. Nahum was very product knowledgeable, he encouraged us to experience lying on several beds whilst explaining each product in great detail, Nahum even went to the extent of changing the display pillows to a similar type that we use at home so that we were able to get the best experience of each product. We both felt that nothing was too much trouble for him, he also gave us space to discuss each bed privately. We returned to the shop after visiting others within our local area and decided to purchase through Dreams mainly because of the high standard of customer service that we received. Nahum was excellent with all the documentation required to complete the sale and in our experience he is a great credit to your company. Thank you to all Dreams staff at Newbury.

We were able to have a look around. Then asked if we wanted any help. The sales man then went around with us , we tried several beds. Found one that suited our requirement . We then placed our order had a cup of tea whilst the order & finance was approved.

your employee ,Nahun, spent a long time patiently and knowledgable explaining the comparative attributes of the many mattresses in the showroom . we were allowed to lie on them and compare them for ourselves without pressure. we were offered a cup of tea or coffee which we felt was a nice touch even though we did not accept . A pleasant shopping experience.

All three of the showroom staff (over the 3 visits) were so very helpful and patient with me. No query was too much or any trouble. They ascertained my needs and pointed me in the right direction. The offer of a hot drink on the two longest visits wasn't necessary but was welcomed.

The shop assistant was professional and listened to our needs in relation to budget and support. We were given options but we're not pressured into making a decision. The order process was easy and delivery date sorted, quicker would have been nice but a week is acceptable.

Rachel the Store Manager was brilliant! She knew we needed thinking time, gave us a lovely cup of tea and left us to it. We never felt pressurised and in fact ended up changing our minds about the colour of the bed and headboard. But when we were ready to order, she was at hand. We came here after doing the rounds of other stores, as my husband visited before Christmas and we bought our son's bed a few years ago from the same place.

The store was well stocked with an effective system to compare different products. We were well received by Sheryl who was very knowledgeable and highly professional.

Good prices and friendly staff

I thought the staff made the whole shopping experience excellent, they were polite, engaging and knowledgeable about all the products. They were on hand to help, but also allowed you private time to discuss options that were presented. Overall an excellent shopping experience, and a special well done to Nahum who looked after us during our visit.
