The staff, particularly Nahum and Olllie, were really friendly, being patient with us whilst we were taking time trying mattresses and extremely friendly dealing with the payment and finance side of things. They even made us a cup of coffee while we were paying. A highly satisfying shopping experience.

Needed a double mattress that I could take away the same day. Only roll-up memory foam available, but I was able to test them out at the store and one was just fine for the job. It was further discounted when we got to the till. I purchased the additional 8 year cover, which included a mattress protector (value of the protector was higher than the cost of cover) and a pack of 4 pillows for less than the mattress should have been to start with. Very happy!

Oliver, the sales person informed us of the composition and quality of each mattress we showed interest in and encouraged us to take our time with making a choice before our final decision. He was highly professional in his manner and answered all our questions constructively.

The staff were friendly and effficient and very helpful offering us tea and plenty of time to decide with lots of information and no presssure to buy. We would recommend Dreams to anyone looking to buy a bed or mattress or anything connected especially the staff Oliver and Sheryl from Dreams at Newbury many thanks for your help. They arranged for our new bed to be delivered and our old bed to br taken re-cycled and even carried our portable purchases to the car highly recommended.

very friendly, gave us time to look around before asking if we need assistance. he showed us different beds and mattresses and let us try them out. he made us a cup of tea, whilst we placed the order, we then went through our options of how to pay.
