We bought our last mattress there but the assistant Nahtum was very helpful and guided us through all the option after we explained what we needed. We were offered refreshments as well.

I was highly satisfied because Rachael was able to answer all our questions helpfully and straightforwardly, without using any jargon or "sales speak". She invited us to test the beds we were interested in and explained the difference between the inexpensive models and the higher quality models. We felt by the end of our visit that we had chosen the right model for our particular needs and we could not have done that without Rachael's knowledge and advice.
