We were welcomed by the sales assistant who was very polite and helpful but not too pushy he gave us some help and information on what we were looking for then left us to look around the store, so it was a pleasant experience, we were able to take our time to find what we were looking for. The young guy was very professional but very pleasant and helpful when we chose the bed, we would definitely recommend this shop!

The young man was very pleasant, he asked if I needed assistance. Showed me different ranges of the type of mattress I was looking for. Left me to make decisions and time to look round store without pestering. He placed my order quickly, explained about the 40 days test product which I wouldn't have known. Was very courteous polite and efficient. Excellent service.
