Friendly staff and took the time to listen and understand what we was looking for and allowed us to test all the mattresses and pillows to help us find the ones we require.

Most of all I was impressed with the customer service at Dreams Newbury. We have been buying many items for a new flat and a number of shops have been appalling in terms of knowledge of products and general staff availability in store to help us. However, at Dreams we where immediately asked if we needed help and any question we had was promptly answered. I would recommend anyone buying a bed in future to use Dreams as their supplier. Keep up the great work!
