Very helpful Store Manager (Rachael) without being pushy.

When we entered your large store we found only one lady assistant. She was helping another customer. She acknowledged our arrival and said she would be with us shortly. We moved around the store trying mattresses, as we already knew the type of bed we wanted having done the research prior to even our visit. The assistant then helped with obtaining information to facilitate correct mattress, then ordering complete requirements. She even gave me a glass of water! What could have been a long drawn out operation was quick and efficient.

Product knowledge and assistance given by the only member of staff in the store. Consequently some interruption when other customers came in store. Apparently 1sick, 1 on a/l.

Plenty of space in the car park and the store was well laid out. The assistant found out what we were after and showed us where to look. She then left us to try out each bed. The final purchase was straightforward.

Expert advice, polite and friendly staff, we were shown a select number of products so were not overwhelmed, we were listened to, all our questions were answered, we felt in control and the decision was ours.

Large selection of stock to choose from,delivery from stock, free delivery, opportunity to test comfort level of beds. No sales pressure, all our questions answered on technical matters. smooth administration of paperwork inincluding collection of old mattress

We were helped by Racheal. She was welcoming, very knowledgeable and helpful.

The customer service was amazing and we were given lots of advice and time by the staff

The workers are always ready for the customer, they take the time for the customer and for the customer to decide what he wants, the place is well organised.

Rachel was fantastic, a joy to be served by her... knows her product and is the reason I would return to Dreams
