Dreams - Newbury

Very impresses with the Newbury store. Michelle looked after us amazingly well. We tried the sleep machine and were offered refreshment. Nothing was too much trouble and did not feel rushed or pressured at any time. Absolute 5 star 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Time was taking to understand our needs and relevant options were shown. We were given good guidance and assistance to find the best products to suit us.

I went looking for a mattress and didn't have a clue due to the amount of different types. We were offered a hot drink or water and Michele took the time to explain the process on the bed that analyses your postur. Michelle showed us the mattresses that would suite our needs and let us try a variety we were never rushed and we could take as long as we needed, once we found a mattress Michelle found us a great deal and we saved a lot of money overall the experience at Dreams was outstanding the best customer service I've seen for a long time. The delivery was explained and easy to understand I will definitely recomd Dreams to anyone in need of bed or mattress
