The welcome was friendly and we were left to make our way around the premises without interuption. Once our choice was made the product was well explained and we were given every opportunity to test the product. The staff were polite, professional and knowlegeable. The delivery system, T&Cs and payment options were well explained and handled. Overall, a very pleasant experience for somebody who hates shoppiing.
