The service contact, Oliver, provided an excellent level of service, understanding in what we were trying to achieve, and fabulous discounts. Whilst unfortunately our actual required colour of bed wasn't available in the size, we ended up with a great alternative, and saved even more!! The delivery time is ridiculously good as well!

We were welcomed when we arrived at the store and offered assistance, advised what kind of bed we will be looking at after trying a few for comfort. We were then left alone to make our choice, when we decided got the attention we needed very quick and then paid for the mattress. Given all the info we needed and was wished to enjoy the rest of our day. Very good service.

I knew what I was looking for and a friendly and knowledgable assistant helped me find what I wanted very quickly. The ordering process was quick and easy and I don't have long to wait for delivery of my new mattress.

The staff were very knowledgeable about the range of products and also the attributes of the products which was very helpful as I has an idea of what I had in mind but did not have the 'know-how' to choose the correct items. Sorted! With thanks to the very helpful assistant. Also, the Manager makes a brilliant cup of tea!

Our sales person was very professional warm and enthusiastic. He made us feel like valued customers and also knew his products well. Most impressive young man.

The assistant was very pleasant and very knowledgeable about the products and also very patient. He gave us lots of advice with regards to buying a new mattress. The products were lovely quality and also very clean. I am really happy that we have 40 days to trial the mattress although we are confident that we have chosen the correct one for us. I would definitely recommend Dreams to friends and family.

This was my wife and my first visit to a Dreams store. We had a main purchase in mind plus some various extras. Our original intention was to see the options available, and compare with other local stores. However the help we received from Oliver serving us was so good that we felt comfortable that the pro's and con's were explained in context with our requirements that we need not look further.

The assistant was knowledgeable but not pushy and gave us plenty of time to make our minds up.
