Dreams - Newbury

James the manager was really helpful. He was very quick to understand my needs and showed me a range of beds to fit with my budget. Even though there was a shop refit going on he was very good.

We visited the store at the right time - the store was getting ready for a store refit the following Monday and therefore stock was heavily discounted. we found some amazing bargains!!! The quality of service was excellent from James and we were very pleased with the whole experience!!

We were surved by the store manager. He was very nice and not to pushy. All the staff in newbury were very nice.

The staff member, James, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He had plenty of time for us and explained the complexities of the different mattresses well. He was fun in the right situation, he was tentative enough but was certainly not pushy.

We didn't actaully come to purchase today , we were looking to get overview of products available, and not intending to buy for another few months. James was highly knowledgeable and very helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff

We walked into the store and didn't feel pressured but knew we where going to be looked after not pushed into a sale. James was very good after we explained we had never had a new bed, he had us trying different mattresses and gave us plenty of time to try and make a decision.

I really thought Tom who served us at Dreams Newbury was an asset to your company,very professional and organised and friendly

We had visited 2 other dreams branches before visiting Newbury and the service we got in both of those were not great. We were actually going to buy the bed online and visited Newbury just to test the sound system of the TV. When we got there James was so helpful and knowledgable we absolutely felt we needed to purchase in store. We left very happy with the service we got and are now awaiting to find out how good the bed is

assistant was very tolerant as i wasnt to sure what iwanted he gave good explanations and details on everything from base to mattress and headboards and even the bed linen, i did not feel pressureised in to buying and when other customers needed him he asked if it was ok for us for him to see to them very polite helpful and i felt satisfied that although i spent over £1000.00 and the shop i went first before Dreams the quote for something entirely different was £500.00 i have bought the right bed ect.
