My Husband and I were given a Bed for a wedding Present that was Dec 99 The Mattress had come uncomfy as My Hip's are Bad and as the Bed is nearly 18 Year's old it's doing ok,sadly My Husband passed away In Dec 02 age 29 He had Cancer was a wonderful Man,the Employee's at Dream's in the Shop and the one's who did the Delivery were Friendly and Professional,I told them about My they were kind when I said about Him

We bought a lovely mattress 8 years ago from the Kingston branch and needed a renewal. Where we were buying it from was a no brainer! Dreams have come up trumps again! Our requirements were difference for this purchase and there was the perfect mattress for us. The staff were so helpful and did not bamboozle us with sales chatter. The store is newly fitted and immaculate and delivery is incredibly fast. 10/10 - very happy customers - again!

As soon as we walked into the shop we were greeted by James. He asked us what we were looking for and told us the beds/mattresses with the green foot mats and pillows were the sprung mattresses and at the end of the bed was a sign saying if the mattresses was soft/medium/firm etc. Then he went to deal with another customer giving us time to look at and try out the different mattresses. After a short while he returned and asked how we were getting on. He showed us some more mattresses in a different part of the showroom. James was very helpful explaining how each different mattress was constructed and the benefits. When my Mum (who the mattress was for) decided which one she wanted James was very patient with us, explaining the whole process (despite being short staffed that day). Everything was easy to understand. The shop is being refurbished at the moment so it was a bit sparse but that's to be expected.

We spoke with James in the Newbury Store who was very knowledgable about the product and took time to explain different options to us.
